Villaronte, a broadcaster and news director of RMN-
DxPR Pagadian City, was transferred to Dipolog Feb. 1.
He told this paper his listeners has yet to adjust to his voice as well as do
some name recall as he is still in his first week of handling his new
entertainment stint "Huego Todo," aired Monday to Saturday every 12:15 to
1:00pm.
"Nalipay ko kay promotion ni pero nabalaka pod ko kay dugang responsibilidad sad
ni apan naglaom ko nga mahalon ko sa taga Zanorte karong pipila ka adlaw tungod
sa akong bag-ong programa,' he said.
"Mamiss pod nako akoang mga fans dinha nga kanunay gasunod nako," he then
disclosed.
The 27-year old manager further said his staff were all respectful and he plans
to make DxDR No. 1 in programming, double its sales and raise the dignity of his
personnel.
"Nagpasalamat pod ko ni Ramil "Amid" Bangues nga iyang gibiyaan ang stasyonan
nga han-ay, ug ni Kuya Al Gesta for giving me the break ug ni RMN AVP for AM
operations Rey Bayoging sa pagtoo nga isip batan-on ug hanas na, mapalambo nako
ang stasyonan," he said.
Villaronte's beginnings is not easy, he said, he shared. Starting as volunteer
janitor, driver and reporter in 2003, he ended as researcher, account collector
then news director before being appointed to his new position.
His advise to others in his footsteps? "Magtrabaho lang, dili magkwenta sa oras
kay naglantaw ang network sa effort sa mga empleyado."
Dipolog City has 6 FM and 2 AM stations. RMN-DxDR is in frequency AM 981. It
